Aperçu du rôle
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) intégrateur(trice) propulsion pour soutenir l’intégration ainsi que la vérification et validation (V&V) des systèmes FADEC (Full Authority Digital Engine Control). Ce rôle implique une collaboration étroite avec des équipes multidisciplinaires afin d’assurer la performance globale du système et sa conformité aux normes aéronautiques.
Principales responsabilités
- Effectuer la vérification et validation (V&V) du logiciel FADEC
- Développer, gérer et allouer les exigences système
- Réaliser des analyses de systèmes de contrôle pour supporter le développement et la validation des exigences
- Intégrer les composantes et sous-systèmes des systèmes de contrôle moteur, incluant le FADEC
- Assurer la coordination au niveau système des exigences moteur et des plans de vérification
- Rédiger et exécuter des procédures d’essais et produire les rapports associés
- Assurer une documentation conforme aux normes d’ingénierie, notamment ARP4754, du développement des exigences jusqu’à la validation
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes, les fournisseurs et les clients pour les activités d’intégration

- Baccalauréat en génie aérospatial ou mécanique
- 3 à 6 ans d’expérience en intégration de systèmes de propulsion
- 3 à 6 ans d’expérience en V&V du logiciel FADEC
- Expérience en tests et intégration au niveau système
- Expérience en gestion des exigences
- Capacité à rédiger de la documentation conforme à l’ARP4754
- Expérience dans la rédaction de procédures d’essais, rapports et rapports d’anomalies
- Autonomie pour gérer des tâches avec des parties prenantes internes et externes
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellentes aptitudes analytiques et de résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à respecter les échéanciers avec un souci du détail
- Excellente communication orale et écrite en anglais

Job Title: Propulsion Integrator (FADEC Software)
Location (hybrid – 3 days a week in Mirabel).
The propulsion integrator will work with cross-functional teams to integrate control system components and subsystems as well as engage in verification and validation of FADEC (Full authority Digital Engine Control) software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verification & Validation of FADEC (Full Authority Digital Engine Control) Software
- Requirements Development, Management, and Allocation
- Control system analysis to support requirements development/verification.
- Integration of engine control systems components and subsystems including Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC)
- System level coordination of engine requirements and verification planning
- Prepare test procedures and reports.
- Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures such as ARP4754 from systems requirements through verification.

Qualification:
- You hold a degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering.
- You have experience integrating Propulsion Systems (3-6 years)
- Familiar with FADEC software V&V (3-6 years)
- Experience in Integrated System level testing
- Experience in requirement management
- Capable to draft ARP4754 supporting documentation.
- Capable to draft testing procedures, reports, and problem reports
- Independent to manage tasks directly with supplier and client stakeholders.
- Intermediate to advanced skill set in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have the capacity to meet deadlines while paying close attention to details.
- You have the capacity to express ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $91,452 - $114,316 / year CAD, contingent on years of experience.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
