Nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur(e) spécialisé(e) dans les contraintes, ayant une expérience de l'analyse de la tolérance aux dommages et de l'ingénierie des réparations. Ce poste offre la possibilité d'une évolution de carrière dans le domaine de l'ingénierie ainsi que des possibilités de leadership.

Dans le contexte actuel, la sécurité des passagers de nos avions est primordiale et chez Capgemini vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler en apportant votre expertise technique sur des avions commerciaux de grande taille.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Appliquer ses propres connaissances spécifiques des zones de contrainte des aéronefs pour les réparations métalliques sur les structures des aéronefs.
  • Effectuer des analyses de tolérance aux dommages pour des réparations spécifiques à l'appui de la flotte.
    • Préparer et examiner les rapports d'analyse des contraintes.
    • Interagir avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire dans le cadre de l'élaboration de solutions de réparation structurelle.

Fournir des mises à jour des manuels aéronautiques tels que la publication sur les réparations structurelles des aéronefs et la publication sur l'entretien des aéronefs.

Compétences requises

    • Vous êtes titulaire d'une licence en ingénierie mécanique ou aérospatiale avec une expérience pertinente d'au moins huit (8) ans dans l'analyse des contraintes dans l'industrie aérospatiale, dont au moins trois (3) ans dans la réalisation d'analyses de tolérance aux dommages sur des structures primaires d'aéronefs.
    • Vous avez au moins trois (3) ans d'expérience en réparation d'aéronefs/de cellules d'aéronefs.
    • Vous avez une bonne compréhension de la réglementation applicable en matière de navigabilité (une expérience avec Transports Canada est un atout).
    • Vous êtes une personne dynamique qui fait preuve d'initiative, d'un sens aigu des responsabilités et d'un bon jugement.
    • Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'analyse des contraintes des structures métalliques des aéronefs (une expérience pratique des structures d'aéronefs commerciaux est un atout).
    • Vous êtes à l'aise dans l'interrogation des plans de réparation des structures aéronautiques (Catia V5 est un atout).
    • Vous maîtrisez les logiciels MS Office. (Une expérience du codage en Visual Basic est un atout). 
    • Expertise en NASGRO (obligatoire).  (L'expérience de Golihat est un atout).
    • Vous avez de solides compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale en anglais (le français est un atout).

Job Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable Stress Engineer with damage tolerance analysis and repair engineering experience. This role offers the opportunity for career growth in engineering as well as possibilities for leadership.

In today's climate, the safety of passengers on our aircraft is paramount and at Capgemini you will have the opportunity to work on providing your technical expertise on large commercial aircraft.

Key responsibilities:

  • Apply your own specific knowledge of aircraft stress areas for metallic repairs on aircraft structures.
  • Perform damage tolerance analyses for specific repairs in support of the fleet.
  • Prepare and review stress analysis reports.
  • Interact with a multidisciplinary team in the development of structural repair solutions.

Provide updates to the aircraft manuals such as Aircraft Structural Repair Publication and Aircraft Maintenance

Required Skills

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering with a relevant experience of minimum of eight (8) years in stress analysis in the aerospace industry including a minimum of three (3) years performing damage tolerance analyses on aircraft primary structures. 
  • You have a minimum of three (3) years of repair experience in aircraft/airframe.
  • You have a good understanding of applicable airworthiness regulations (experience with Transport Canada is an asset). 
  • You are a dynamic person with initiative, a strong sense of responsibility and good judgment. 
  • You have good knowledge in aircraft metallic structure stress analysis (practical experience on commercial aircraft structures is an asset). 
  • You are comfortable in interrogating aircraft structure repair drawings (Catia V5 is an asset). 
  • You master MS Office software. (Visual Basic coding experience is an asset). 
  • Expertise in NASGRO (required).  (Golihat experience is an asset). 
  • You have strong, written and spoken, communication skills in English (French is an asset). 

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $100,200- $138,940 / year CAD 

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
