Nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur(e) expérimenté(e) en EMI / CEM pour soutenir la conception, la qualification et la certification de systèmes aéronautiques complexes. La personne retenue sera responsable d’assurer la compatibilité électromagnétique et la conformité des systèmes électriques et avioniques aux normes aéronautiques internationales applicables tout au long du cycle de vie des produits.

Votre orm :

  • Diriger les activités d’analyse, de conception et de validation EMI / CEM pour les ormss électriques et avioniques aéronautiques
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques de conception EMI/CEM, incluant la mise à la masse, la mise à la terre, le blindage et le routage des orms
  • Planifier, ormss et soutenir les essais EMI/CEM en laboratoire et sur aéronef
  • Préparer et revoir la documentation de qualification et de certification EMI/CEM
  • Identifier, analyser et résoudre les ormss d’interférences électromagnétiques orms les phases de développement, d’intégration et d’essais
  • Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, incluant les équipes ormss, avioniques, électriques et certification
  • Soutenir la conformité aux orms réglementaires et industrielles (p. ex. orms CEM aéronautiques et militaires)
  • Assurer la liaison avec les laboratoires d’essais et les autorités réglementaires, au besoin
  • Contribuer aux revues de conception et fournir des évaluations des risques techniques liés à l’EMI/CEM

 

Vos compétences et votre expérience :

  • Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en génie électrique, en génie aérospatial ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Expérience démontrée en ingénierie EMI / CEM dans le domaine aéronautique, avionique ou dans des industries hautement réglementées
  • Solide connaissance des normes CEM et des méthodes d’essai applicables aux systèmes embarqués
  • Expérience pratique avec les équipements d’essais EMI/CEM, les configurations de tests et les techniques de dépannage
  • Compréhension des architectures de systèmes électriques, des systèmes d’interconnexion du câblage (EWIS) et de l’intégration avionique
  • Capacité à interpréter des dessins techniques, des schémas et des exigences au niveau système
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques, rédactionnelles et de communication
  • Expérience en soutien à la qualification et à la certification EMI/CEM au niveau aéronef
    Connaissance des normes DO-160, MIL-STD-461/464 et normes équivalentes
  • Exposition aux structures d’aéronefs en matériaux composites et aux systèmes électriques haute tension
  • Expérience de travail dans un environnement de développement aéronautique certifié

About the Job you are considering

We are seeking an experienced EMI / EMC Engineer to support the design, qualification, and certification of complex aerospace systems. The successful candidate will ensure electromagnetic compatibility and compliance of electrical and avionics systems with applicable international aerospace standards throughout the product lifecycle.

Your Role:

  • Lead EMI / EMC analysis, design, and validation activities for aerospace electrical and avionics systems
  • Define and implement EMI/EMC design best practices, including grounding, bonding, shielding, and cable routing
  • Plan, execute, and support laboratory and on-aircraft EMI/EMC testing
  • Prepare and review EMI/EMC qualification and certification documentation
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve electromagnetic interference issues during development, integration, and testing phases
  • Interface with multidisciplinary teams including systems, avionics, electrical, and certification engineers
  • Support compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., aerospace and military EMC standards)
  • Liaise with test laboratories and regulatory authorities as required
  • Contribute to design reviews and provide technical risk assessments related to EMI/EMC

 Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in EMI / EMC engineering within aerospace, avionics, or highly regulated industries
  • Strong knowledge of EMC standards and test methods relevant to airborne systems
  • Hands-on experience with EMI/EMC testing equipment, test setups, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Understanding of electrical system architectures, wiring interconnection systems, and avionics integration
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system-level requirements
    Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience supporting aircraft-level EMI/EMC qualification and certification
  • Familiarity with DO-160, MIL-STD-461/464, and equivalent standards
  • Exposure to composite aircraft structures and high-voltage electrical systems
  • Experience working in a certified aerospace development environment

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is CAD $62,874 - $125,747 / year. 

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
