Role Overview

Content and Knowledge Management Fleet designs, delivers, and supports enterprise SaaS platforms including Box, Confluence, Qualtrics, Viva Engage, and an AI based intranet search solution.

The individual will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and operational support of infrastructure and tooling related to Viva Engage. This role includes partnering with business units to board them to Viva Engage, collaborating with third party vendors, and working closely with internal engineering and security teams (LDAP/Web Proxy Engineering, Security Architecture). The position also involves supporting migrations from legacy platforms into Viva Engage.

Because the role requires development and integration of migration tools and other custom solutions, the ideal candidate must be proficient with enterprise grade solutions using C#/.NET/PowerShell/ SharePoint Online, specifically leveraging the Microsoft Graph SDK to automate and extend the Microsoft 365 services including Viva Engage and SharePoint Online. Strong problem solving, prioritization abilities, and clear communication with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a team member responsible for delivering and supporting infrastructure tooling and applications, including hands on development for Viva Engage.
  • Develop, maintain, and support migration tooling for Viva Engage onboarding and legacy platform transitions.
  • Troubleshoot integration, onboarding, and operational issues, drive issues to resolution.
  • Collaborate with business units to onboard teams and communities to Viva Engage.
  • Create and maintain documentation for production deployments, implementation plans, system configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with SaaS vendor technology teams or vendor support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with change management policies and governance standards.
  • Respond to and resolve escalated support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for platform support.
  • Work cross‑functionally with internal groups such as LDAP / Web Proxy Engineering, Security Architecture, Governance and Compliance
  • 8+ years of application development experience using C#, .NET, SharePoint
  • Experience building enterprise grade applications that interact with Microsoft 365 via Graph API
  • Proficiency with PowerShell scripting, SharePoint Online Management Shell.
  • Strong experience with OAuth, SAML, and enterprise identity integrations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical environments with multiple integration points.
  • Strong communication skills for working with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of how Viva Engage interacts with Microsoft SharePoint Online and Teams.
  • Expertise in building SaaS onboarding workflows, lifecycle management systems, and automation tooling.
  • Experience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code
  • Understanding of e‑Communications requirements, Information barriers, Data classification frameworks, Data loss/leakage protection models
  • Solid understanding of security and internet technologies such as HTTPS, TLS, digital certificates, and web proxies.
  • Experience with enterprise community platforms or digital workplace solutions.
  • Prior experience supporting large‑scale migrations is a plus.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 89,000 to 108,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
