Lieu: Mirabel – Mode hybride (3 jours par semaine sur site)

Le poste:

L’analyste qualité soutient les activités de fabrication aérospatiale et de chaîne d’approvisionnement en assurant la conformité aux normes de qualité, aux exigences d’ingénierie et aux obligations réglementaires. Le rôle est principalement axé sur les activités de First Article Inspection (FAI) et de Material Review Board (MRB), et agit comme interface clé entre la qualité, l’ingénierie, la fabrication et les fournisseurs.

Principales responsabilités:

FAI (First Article Inspection):

  • Préparer, réviser et valider les dossiers FAI conformément aux exigences de la norme AS9102
  • Assurer la traçabilité complète des matériaux, des pièces et des procédés spéciaux
  • Coordonner avec la fabrication, l’ingénierie et les fournisseurs afin de résoudre les écarts liés aux FAI
  • Soutenir l’acceptation des FAI avec les équipes internes et/ou les clients

MRB (Material Review Board):

  • Analyser les non‑conformités et déviations détectées lors de la fabrication ou de l’inspection
  • Soutenir ou participer aux comités MRB et préparer les évaluations techniques qualité
  • S’assurer que les décisions MRB (acceptation en l’état, réparation, retouche, mise au rebut) sont conformes aux exigences internes
  • Assurer le suivi des actions correctives et veiller à leur clôture adéquate

Qualité et conformité:

  • Assurer la conformité aux normes de qualité internes, aux procédures et aux réglementations applicables
  • Soutenir les analyses de cause racine et les actions d’amélioration continue
  • Contribuer au suivi et à la communication de la performance qualité

Profil et qualifications:

  • 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle qualité en environnement industriel
  • Bonne compréhension des processus FAI, MRB et de la gestion des non‑conformités
  • Connaissance des normes aérospatiales (AS9100 / AS9102) — un atout important
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires dans un environnement bilingue
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
  • Présence sur site à Mirabel 3 jours par semaine
  • Esprit d’équipe et bonnes habiletés en communication

 Job Title: Quality Analyst

Location: Mirabel – Hybrid 3 days a week

The role:

The Quality Analyst supports aerospace manufacturing and supply chain activities by ensuring compliance with quality standards, engineering requirements, and regulatory obligations. The role focuses mainly on First Article Inspection (FAI) and Material Review Board (MRB) activities, acting as a key interface between quality, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

FAI (First Article Inspection):

• Prepare, review, and validate FAI packages in compliance with AS9102 requirements

• Ensure full traceability of materials, parts, and special processes

• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to resolve FAI discrepancies

• Support FAI acceptance with internal teams and/or customers

MRB (Material Review Board):

• Analyze non-conformities and deviations detected during manufacturing or inspection

• Support or participate in MRB boards and prepare technical quality assessments

• Ensure MRB dispositions (use-as-is, repair, rework, scrap) are compliant with internal requirements

• Track corrective actions and ensure proper closure

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, procedures, and applicable regulations

• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions

• Contribute to quality performance monitoring and reporting

Profile & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in a quality role within an industrial environment
  • Good understanding of FAI, MRB, and non-conformance management
  • Knowledge of aerospace standards (AS9100 / AS9102) is a strong asset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams in a bilingual environment
  • French and English
  • 3 days per week at Mirabel
  • Team player - good communication

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $74 815 - $104 720 CAD / year contingent on # of years' experience. 

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
