About the Role You're Considering
Aerospace Designer – Liaison & Change ManagementLocation: On-site in Mirabel (3 days/week)
Schedule: Regular business hours

Role Overview:
Support fast-path engineering change requests and provide technical dispositions for non-conformities within a production environment. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant implementation of design changes.
Must-Haves
- Proven experience in aerospace design and liaison / production support
- Strong proficiency in:CATIA and/or ENOVIA
- Solid understanding of engineering change management processes
- Experience preparing technical dispositions and raising fast-path change requests
- Knowledge of aerospace configuration control and documentation practices
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Stress, Manufacturing, Quality, Methods, Program)
- Comfortable performing occasional on-aircraft assessments in a production environment
- Ability to work on-site 3 days per week
- Bilingual – English & French
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience supporting commercial aircraft programs (Airbus, Bombardier)Familiarity with MRB / Design Authority processes
- Experience participating in change boards or technical review meetings
- Understanding of production / assembly constraints

Aperçu du rôle :
Soutenir les demandes d’ingénierie en traitement accéléré (« fast-path ») et fournir des dispositions techniques pour les non-conformités dans un environnement de production. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires afin d’assurer une mise en œuvre rapide et conforme des modifications de conception.
Exigences essentielles

Rémunération
La fourchette de rémunération de base pour ce rôle, à l’endroit affiché, est : 54 300,00 $ à 118 350,00 $.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $54,300.00 - $118,350.00.
