Role Overview
The AI Delivery Lead is responsible for the endtoend delivery of AIpowered Copilot agents within Client's COO and PMO domain This role bridges delivery leadership with handson solution design ensuring that agentic solutions built on Microsoft Copilot Studio are delivered on time within scope and aligned to business outcomes The role requires close collaboration with Client's stakeholders working group leads and the broader vendor squad
Key Responsibilities
Lead endtoend delivery of AI agent solutions across PMO and COO use cases managing scope timeline risks and dependencies
Provide handson solution design for Copilot Studio agents including prompt architecture RAG patterns and connector strategy
Architect retrievalaugmented generation RAG pipelines using SharePoint Microsoft Graph and custom connectors
Design and maintain reusable prompt templates and patterns to ensure consistency across agent deployments
Define and execute MCP Model Context Protocol and connector integration strategy across the engagement
Implement governance and security controls including Entra ID integration and data boundary enforcement
Coordinate with Client acceptance testing and SME review working groups to ensure quality signoff
Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to support agent orchestration and business process automation
Serve as the primary delivery interface between the Capgemini vendor squad and Client program leadership
Required Skills Experience
Copilot Studio mandatory deep working knowledge of agent configuration testing and deployment
Power Automate advanced flow design including approvals error handling and business logic
RAG design handson experience with SharePoint Microsoft Graph and connectorbased retrieval architectures
Prompt architecture ability to write structure and design reusable prompt patterns at scale
MCP connector strategy experience defining and implementing integration approaches across enterprise tooling
Governance security practical knowledge of Entra ID data boundaries and enterprise access controls
Delivery leadership proven track record managing AI or digital delivery programs in financial services
Preferred
Experience delivering AI solutions within a Tier 1 financial institution banking wealth management or capital markets
Familiarity with Client's operating model PMO structures or COO domain
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform Azure AI or Copilot Studio
Experience working in vendor managed services delivery models with clientside governance"
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 105000 to 129000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
