Role

As a part of our Canadian Strategic Advisory practice, the candidate for  Senior Advisory Consultant - Technology Organization Change role will have experience leading, executing and delivering advisory services for business and technology transformation programs.

This role will partner with our clients undergoing transformation to define and roll out organization change initiatives including: 
- change management strategy 
- change impact assessment 
- program and business stakeholder engagement
- change and communication plan definition and execution 
- communication artifacts design, development, coordination, and deployment 
- change networks facilitation
- coordination with multiple senior client executives and program team members to effectively roll out communication and change activities

In this role, you will work across Canada with a range of industries and technologies, to shape clients’ change journeys that enable their transformation. You will be able to manage change journeys from end-to-end drawing upon our accelerators and methodologies with personality, precision, and predictability to help realize measurable, positive business outcomes.

-You will work with leading clients within a range of industries to assist them in shaping, planning, and executing the change activities that will underpin the adoption & sustainability of the changes sought through their strategic transformation portfolios.

-As a consultant, you will be expected to work with teams both in person & virtually who may be geographically spread across Canada, US and globally. You will also be expected to become actively involved in future business development opportunities.

 

What you will bring

-You will have organization change, consulting, and stakeholder management experience with a background in business or technology transformation. You will be familiar with the latest trends relating to organization change, including adoption and sustaining change. Additionally, you are skilled in managing and executing project plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering organization change for digital / technology transformations for ServiceNow, SAP S/4 HANA, MSD or other ERP technologies 
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a strategic advisory or consulting role with strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g. Big 4 Firm, global consulting company, global Systems Implementor etc).
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 4-5 years of professional experience
- Able to improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity
- Able to work independently and at the same time be a team player with a “can-do” mentality who can think outside    the box 
- Excellent communication skills 
- Excellent work planning and coordination skills 
- Relationship building capability with senior executives
- Experience with utilities or related industry is desirable 

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: CAD 70751- CAD 165984

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
