Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation, integration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions that align with business and Human Capital Management (HCM) objectives. This role requires a strategic and hands-on consultant who can collaborate effectively with HR leadership, business stakeholders, project teams, and system integrators to deliver scalable and innovative HR technology solutions.
The successful candidate will possess deep expertise across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules and will play a key role in driving HR digital transformation initiatives, solution design, system optimization, integrations, testing, deployment, user enablement, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and facilitate solution design sessions.
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements and SAP best practices.
- Support full project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Design and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and third-party HR/payroll systems.
- Participate in data migration, data validation, system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and support business users during testing cycles.
- Provide incident management, hypercare support, and ongoing system optimization.
- Deliver end-user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and documentation.
- Support HR transformation initiatives, process optimization, and organizational change management activities.
- Work closely with project managers and agile delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Leverage SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), SAP Signavio, JIRA, ServiceNow, and related tools for project delivery and support activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and business requirements, particularly within utility industry environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-12 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Proven experience delivering 2-3 or more end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Strong experience supporting HR transformation programs and digital HR initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, Employee Central Payroll, and third-party applications.
- Experience in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams in complex enterprise environments.
Skills and Expertise
- Strong expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, Workforce Analytics, and Employee Central Payroll.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, enhancements, upgrades, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Proven ability to conduct requirements gathering, business process analysis, fit-to-standard workshops, solution design, and HR digital transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, Employee Central Payroll, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and third-party HR/payroll systems.
- Skilled in data migration, testing, UAT, defect management, change management, and hypercare support.
- Familiarity with SAP Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), JIRA, ServiceNow, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong understanding of talent management, workforce planning, organizational management, learning & development, and HR processes supporting utility operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organizational change management, end-user training, and consulting skills.
Work Arrangement
- Location: Ajax, Ontario (Hybrid)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite at the client location in Ajax, ON and 2 days remote
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $83,144 - $195,060 CAD.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
