Define domain-driven solution patterns (microservices, events, APIs) using CAP/RAP across Cloud Foundry and Kyma.
Map business capabilities to BTP services; drive portfolio rationalization and reusability.
Establish platform guardrails (security, networking, cost, reliability, resilience, observability).
2) BTP Account & Platform Management
Design and administer Global Account, Directory, and Subaccount structures; choose regions, environments, service plans.
Implement identity, access, and trust using SAP IAS/IPS, OAuth2/OIDC, XSUAA, and role collections.
Set up Transport Management, Alert Notification, Automation Pilot, Service Manager, and Entitlements/Quotas.
Govern cost management, tagging/chargeback, and consumption optimization.
3) Solution Architecture & Build Enablement
Lead architecture for apps, extensions, and integrations using SAP CAP/RAP, Node.js/Java, and Fiori/UI5.
Design API-first integrations with SAP Integration Suite, Event Mesh, API Management, and webhooks/events.
Guide the use of SAP Build (Apps/Process Automation/Work Zone) for low-code scenarios and workforce portals.
Ensure multi-tenant, high-availability, and scalable designs; enforce 12-factor app principles.
4) Process Transformation with Signavio
Use SAP Signavio for process discovery, modeling, simulation, and conformance checks.
Link process variants and KPIs to solution design; maintain process-to-service traceability.
Drive continuous improvement cycles using process intelligence insights.
5) Implementation Governance with SAP Cloud ALM
Implement SAP Cloud ALM for Requirements–>Tasks–>Testing–>Deploy–>Operate lifecycle.
Integrate monitoring (availability, performance, integrations) and alerting for BTP services and apps.
Define test strategies, change/transport flows, and release governance across landscapes.

6) AI & Insight with Joule and Analytics
Leverage SAP Joule for conversational assistance, developer productivity, and guided operations.
Align with SAP Datasphere/BW/4HANA for analytics; design event-driven data products where relevant.
Explore predictive services and embeddings where supported by BTP services and solution constraints.
7) Security, Compliance & Risk
Define secure-by-design patterns: network isolation, destinations, principal propagation, e2e encryption.
Enforce secure secrets management, Zero Trust access, and data classification policies.
Ensure compliance (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA—per enterprise context) with auditable controls.
8) DevOps & SRE Practices
Establish CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps) with MTA builds, blue‑green deployments, and rollbacks.
Implement observability (logging, tracing, metrics) using BTP and enterprise tooling; define SLOs/SLIs.
Introduce automated quality gates for security scans, license checks, performance tests, and transport checks.
9) Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Partner with Business, EA, Security, Infra/Network, Data, and App teams; run architecture reviews and design authority.
