Role

We are looking for a Program Delivery Lead  with proven track records in providing outstanding customer service and in motivating others to achieve objectives. Proven ability to create, lead and implement ERP solutions using innovative solutions to achieve targeted results.

The candidate is required to have excellent communication and organization skills combined with goal orientation, understanding of core ERP processes, preferable previous functional/technical experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Power Platform.

As a Program Delivery Lead,  you will oversee and execute the global rollout ERP program end to end. You will lead 50-100 colleagues on the day to day program basis, own the success of the program and report out to the key client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning Support: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Help ensure all project tasks are well-defined, and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Scheduling and Time Management: Maintain and track project timelines, milestones, and deadlines. Coordinate meetings, set schedules, and keep everyone on track.
  • Resource Management: Ensure that all necessary resources (personnel, equipment, materials) are available and allocated to various tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between project team members, stakeholders, and clients. Ensure information flows smoothly and that everyone is informed of project progress and any issues that arise.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting notes. Ensure that reports on project progress, risks, and challenges are submitted regularly to stakeholders.
  • Risk and Issue Tracking: Help identify potential project risks and issues, and assist in finding solutions. Monitor ongoing project activities to anticipate and address problems before they affect the timeline or quality.
  • Budget and Cost Tracking: Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses. Ensure that the project is delivered within the approved budget by tracking costs and preventing overspending.
  • Quality Control: Help maintain the quality standards of the project deliverables and ensure they meet the expectations of stakeholders.
  • Project Closure: Once a project is complete, assist in finalizing deliverables, closing out contracts, conducting post-project reviews, and organizing any necessary feedback.

Required Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of prior management consulting experience with hands-on client project delivery experience in client facing capacity. Of these atleast 5-8 years of experience in project manager / PMO support capacity for complex multi-functional transformations.
  • Experience leading/governing global multi-country ERP implementation and/or rollout programs
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - functional/technical Experince 
  • Experience managing key business and technical CxO and CxO-1 stakeholders.
  • Experience leading 50-100 people project teams.
  • Experience overseeing architecture, configurations, data migration, integration and adoption work.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - functional/technical understanding
  • Services industry experience is an advantage
  • Hands on experience with architecture, best practice adoption across functional and technical streams is an advantage
  • Change Management and Adoption experience on global rollouts is an advantage
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
    • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
    • Adaptability to a variety of industries, business cultures, and client needs.

Nice to Have:  

  • Project Management: Experience in managing teams and client projects with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
  • Industry / Domain Expertise: Often requires specific knowledge related to Hospitality & Hotels Sector, Finance transformation project management
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques can also be advantageous.

 

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: CAD 98,000 - CAD 190,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
