Go-To-Market
Define and execute the Gen AI Go to Market Strategy, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives and business goals.
Partner with business development & sales teams to create tailored AI solutions that address the complex needs of enterprise clients across various industries.
Build and convert sales pipeline by developing client narratives, partnering with account teams to articulate differentiated offerings, shaping opportunities, leading solutioning, and owning pre-sales and proposal activities for GenAI/Agentic pursuits
Gen AI and Agentic Capability Leadership
Develop and tailor local market Gen AI/Agentic capabilities, offerings and accelerators by adapting Capgemini’s global GenAI assets into productized and sellable propositions
Serve as the solution lead sales AI engagements and transformation initiatives, overseeing solution design and architecture.
Set best practices and ensure adherence to Capgemini’s high standards of delivery excellence for all AI related projects & products.
Drive innovation in the use of AI technologies to solve client challenges, focusing on emerging trends across Gen AI, Agentic AI, and AI Infrastructure.
Trusted Client Advisor
Build and nurture trusted relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as a strategic advisor and partner in their AI transformation journey.
Help clients unlock the full potential of AI investments, offering insights and strategies that lead to success.
Advise executive stakeholders on relevant GenAI use cases, industry trends, relevant case studies and best practices
Innovation & Thought Leadership
Inspire and educate both clients and internal teams about the latest trends and innovations in AI technologies (Databricks, Azure, OpenAI, Mistral, etc) , positioning Capgemini as a leader in the market.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with AI Technology Partners and key stakeholders to ensure Capgemini remains a leading partner.
Develop and expand key alliance partnerships with hyperscalers and AI ecosystem players (AWS, Azure, GCP, Anthropic, OpenAI, Databricks, Snowflake, NVIDIA) — for joint pursuits, co-sales, and funding for PoCs, pilots and thought leadership
Contribute to market presence through writing, events, and POVs that establish credibility
What you bring
15+ years in management consulting or professional services with a strong AI/Data background and hands-on GenAI/Agentic experience
Successful track record of shaping and closing AI/data deals across industries and varying levels of size and complexity
Strong relationships across Canadian enterprise buyers, with the ability to open and progress conversations with senior stakeholders
Comfortable driving discussions with wide range of stakeholder groups across business value, commercial structuring and technical solution details
Ability to operate independently in a matrixed global firm and integrate input from a roster of SMAs to differentiate our approach and solution into our pursuit narrative
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and inspire cross-functional teams in pursuits and delivery
Proven ability to apply creative and innovative thinking to solving business challenges with AI/Gen AI/Agentic capabilities with bold action and, an entrepreneurial and experimental mindset

Job Description - Grade Specific
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $99,477 to $233,376.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
