Role Summary
Capgemini Canada is seeking a dynamic and strategic Generative AI Data Analytics Go-To-Market (GTM) Leader to drive the growth and positioning of our AI and Agentic capabilities in the Canadian market. This role sits at the intersection of business development, solution leadership, and innovation—responsible for shaping client opportunities, developing differentiated AI offerings, and enabling enterprise transformation through GenAI.
Key Responsibilities
Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute the Generative AI GTM strategy aligned with global corporate objectives and local business priorities.
- Partner with sales and business development teams to co-create tailored AI solutions addressing complex enterprise challenges.
- Own and drive pipeline creation and conversion, including:
- Opportunity shaping and solutioning
- Development of compelling client narratives
- Leading pre-sales and proposal efforts for GenAI/Agentic pursuits
GenAI & Agentic Capability Leadership
- Develop and localize GenAI and Agentic AI offerings, adapting global assets into scalable, market-ready solutions.
- Act as the solution lead across AI engagements, overseeing architecture, design, and delivery approach.
- Establish and enforce best practices and delivery excellence standards for AI initiatives.
- Drive continuous innovation across:
- Generative AI
- Agentic AI
- AI infrastructure and emerging technologies
Trusted Client Advisor
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise clients.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, guiding clients through AI transformation journeys.
- Provide thought leadership on:
- GenAI use cases
- Industry trends and benchmarks
- Best practices and real-world case studies
- Help clients maximize value and ROI from AI investments.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Champion Capgemini’s position as a market leader in AI innovation.
- Educate clients and internal stakeholders on emerging technologies (e.g., Azure, Databricks, OpenAI, Mistral).
- Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and AI ecosystem leaders (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenAI, Anthropic, Databricks, Snowflake, NVIDIA).
- Drive co-innovation initiatives, including:
- Joint pursuits and co-selling
- Proof of concepts (PoCs) and pilot programs
- Thought leadership and funding opportunities
- Contribute to external visibility through publications, events, and points of view (POVs).
Qualifications and Experience
- 15+ years of experience in management consulting or professional services, with a strong focus on AI and data.
- Proven track record of shaping and closing AI/data deals across industries and varying deal sizes.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions.
- Strong network and relationships with Canadian enterprise clients, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to confidently navigate discussions spanning Business value and strategy, Commercial structuring, Technical architecture and solutioning
- Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Demonstrated leadership capability to inspire, lead, and mobilize teams across pursuits and delivery.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to innovate and apply creative AI-driven solutions to complex business challenges.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $99,477 - $233,376 CAD.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
