We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented BI Lead to spearhead our business intelligence strategy. You will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, guiding business decisions across departments. If you thrive at the intersection of analytics, cloud platforms, and storytelling through data—this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of BI solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Cognos
- Develop and maintain robust data models and visualizations that drive strategic decision-making
- Oversee and optimize ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality and consistency across sources
- Architect and manage data warehouses and reporting structures in collaboration with data engineering teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Mentor and guide BI analysts, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
- Ensure best practices are followed for data visualization, performance, and security
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in BI platforms: Power BI, Tableau, Cognos
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms: Azure, AWS, or Snowflake
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and visualization best practices
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
