In our Milan studio, you will collaborate with designers, CX transformation consultants, Business Reinvention specialists, and Data & AI experts. We combine global reach with strong local expertise to solve complex challenges and design innovative, sustainable solutions that move markets and touch hearts
Your Role
As an Experience Designer at Capgemini Invent you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end digital experience design across products and services, from opportunity framing to prototyping and delivery, ensuring alignment between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
In this role, you will be a key player in the following activities:
- Lead end-to-end design workstreams across digital products and services, from research and opportunity framing to prototyping and delivery;
- Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into effective experience strategies and solutions;
- Plan and execute user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify insights and opportunity areas;
- Design user journeys, service blueprints, interaction models, information architecture, and high-quality UI artefacts in Figma;
- Contribute to the development and governance of Design Systems and ensure design consistency across products;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, supporting business development activities and promoting a strong design culture.
Your Profile
- Strong experience in UX/UI and service design methodologies, with the ability to translate user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into effective digital solutions;
- Collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset aligned with Capgemini DNA, with a passion for innovation and improving human-centered experiences;
- Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and influence stakeholders through clear communication and storytelling, contributing to team growth and mentoring;
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and digital design tools, including interaction design, prototyping, and Design Systems, with a structured approach to complex experience design.
Note: Fluent in Italian and English (business level);Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product/experience design;Experience in consultancy, agency, or product environments.
