About the role
As part of the continued expansion of its Strategic Deals organization across Europe, Capgemini is hiring Strategic Deal Makers in France, Spain and Italy. You will join a team specialized in leading large deals and contribute directly to the Group's growth priorities.
You will lead strategic opportunities with a minimum Total Contract Value of €50 million, working in demanding, international and multidisciplinary environments. You will partner closely with account teams, bid management, solutioning, industry and delivery leaders.
Your key responsibilities
- Define and drive pursuit strategy, commercial positioning and the closing plan.
- Lead negotiations with client decision makers and stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships quickly with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CFOs, COOs and business leaders.
- Orchestrate sales, bid management, solutioning, industry and delivery teams across the opportunity.
- Align internal stakeholders and mobilize the expertise required to win.
- Challenge and support account teams through a collaborative approach.
- Ensure the strength of the proposition and a structured transition to delivery teams.
- Contribute to the sharing of complex sales best practices across the organization.
The profile we are looking for
- 12+ years of experience in complex sales, strategic pursuits or large deal leadership.
- A proven record of winning transformation contracts across IT services or Engineering Services (consulting, applications, infrastructure, digital transformation, intelligent industry)
- Experience in international, matrixed environments involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to establish credibility quickly with executive decision makers.
- Strong commercial leadership, influence without direct authority and the ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
- Determination, strong risk anticipation and the ability to progress through complexity and ambiguity.
- For the roles in Spain and Italy, fluency in the local language to engage directly with clients.

Location
Three positions are open: one in France, one in Spain and one in Italy. The role requires close engagement with clients and local teams.
