YOUR ROLE
As a PMO at Capgemini you will be responsible for ensuring the effective coordination, governance, and delivery of projects across the organization. You will support project teams by standardizing processes, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your role will contribute to improving project performance, optimizing resources, and ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders..
In this role, you will be a key player in the following activities:
- Support the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, methodologies, and standards
- Monitor project and program performance (scope, schedule, cost, risks, dependencies)
- Ensure compliance with governance processes, quality standards, and best practices
- Facilitate project reviews, steering committees, and status meetings
- Support project managers in planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change control
- Contribute to resource planning, prioritization, and capacity management
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability
YOUR PROFILE
Proven experience in a PMO, Project Management, or Project Management role
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Hybrid), combined with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Proven experience with project management and monitoring tools such as MS Project, Jira, Clarity, Planview, Smartsheet and Power BI.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel, ensuring prioritization, coordination and timely delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, supported by strong attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
