YOUR ROLE
As a Network Transformation Analyst Consultant, you will support leading telecom operators and senior Capgemini specialists to shape and deliver transformation programmes across the network domain. You will help clients understand how network, AI, data, processes and organisation need to evolve together, turning complex technology transformations into clear strategic choices, actionable roadmaps and measurable business value.

You will contribute to:
•    Supporting clients in defining network transformation strategies and future-state roadmaps.
•    Assessing network maturity and helping accelerate the adoption of autonomous and AI-enabled network operations.
•    Analysing network operations, OSS environments and processes to identify optimisation and automation opportunities.
•    Leveraging network data and insights to support analytics, AI-driven decision-making and operational improvements.
•    Developing business cases, transformation plans and value-driven recommendations.
•    Participating in client workshops and strategic assessments, helping translate insights into actionable outcomes.

YOUR PROFILE
•    Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields;
•    Strong analytical skills, with clear strategic thinking and an end to end, systemic perspective;
•    Previous internship, thesis project, academic research, or professional experience related to telecommunications, technology strategy, digital transformation, or ICT topics is considered a plus; 
•    Passion for the telecommunications sector and technology-driven transformation

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): from €26,192 to €33,059

The salary range indicated has been defined in compliance with European and national legislation on pay transparency.
The minimum value of the range corresponds to the minimum salary treatment established by the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the level and position indicated above and does not necessarily represent the starting salary. The compensation offered at the conclusion of the selection process will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, professional experience, level of seniority, and the specific characteristics of the selected profile, in line with the company’s compensation and job classification system, and in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
