YOUR ROLE

As a Media Consultant at Capgemini you will be responsible for paid media strategy, performance marketing, and cross-channel campaign management.

 

In this role, you will be a key player in the following activities:

  • Campaign Management & Optimization: oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across key digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Full-Funnel Media Strategy, Strategic Planning & Advisory: design and implement full-funnel paid media strategies supporting brand objectives, balancing performance efficiency and brand impact. Contribute to media strategies for ongoing clients, media tenders, and new business initiatives, translating business goals into scalable media architectures.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with global and local marketing teams, analytics, and creative teams to ensure consistency across messaging, activation, and measurement.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio (or equivalent), transforming complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

4 bullet points selecting skills/competencies/behaviors from:

  • 4-5 years of experience in paid media / performance marketing, ideally in consulting or agency environments
  • Proven hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Strong understanding of media performance KPIs, ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Solid experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker Studio or equivalent)
