YOUR ROLE
As an Enterprise Technology & AI Transformation Associate Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will support clients across industries in the design and delivery of complex enterprise transformations, combining technology strategy, operating model design, process optimization, data and AI capabilities, and transformation governance. In this role, you will be a key player in the following activities:
• Assess enterprise technology landscapes, operating models, capabilities and processes, identifying transformation priorities, value opportunities and execution risks.
• Define and evolve enterprise and technology Target Operating Models, including governance, organization, processes, decision rights, sourcing, capabilities, performance management and enabling platforms.
• Shape end-to-end transformation strategies, roadmaps and business cases, translating strategic ambition into executable initiatives, milestones, benefits and investment priorities.
• Design AI-enabled business and technology operating models, identifying high-value use cases and defining the capabilities, guardrails, governance and adoption mechanisms required to scale them responsibly.
• Support enterprise architecture, platform modernization, cloud, data and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business outcomes, technology choices and delivery models.
• Redesign cross-functional processes and ways of working, leveraging automation, analytics, generative AI and product-oriented delivery models to improve efficiency, quality and customer experience.
• Support SAP-enabled finance transformation initiatives, including process assessment and redesign across Record-to-Report, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, planning and management reporting.
YOUR PROFILE
• 3–6+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise transformation, IT strategy, operating model design, digital transformation, enterprise architecture or complex change programs.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data/AI, Management Engineering, Economics or a comparable discipline.
• Solid understanding of enterprise technology domains such as cloud, data platforms, integration, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, software delivery and technology operations.
• Practical knowledge of AI and generative AI concepts, use-case assessment, implementation lifecycle, responsible AI, governance, adoption and value measurement.
• Experience in designing Target Operating Models and translating them into organization, process, governance, capability, technology and implementation requirements.
• Nice to have: familiarity with transformation methods and frameworks such as Agile, product operating models, ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, DevSecOps, Lean or process excellence is a plus.
• Experience with common collaboration, analysis and delivery tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Jira, Confluence, Miro, ServiceNow or architecture/process-modelling platforms).
• Knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling processes and solutions, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments; familiarity with areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of procurement and Source-to-Pay processes and related SAP solutions; exposure to SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement, SAP Ariba, supplier management, purchasing, contracts, invoice management or spend analytics is a plus.
• Ability to connect SAP-enabled process design with enterprise architecture, data, controls, Target Operating Model, organizational impacts and change requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, structured communication and the ability to work effectively in international, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Previous consulting experience and exposure to large-scale transformation programs are considered advantageous.

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): from €36,907 to €61,700
The salary range indicated has been defined in compliance with European and national legislation on pay transparency.
The minimum value of the range corresponds to the minimum salary treatment established by the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the level and position indicated above and does not necessarily represent the starting salary. The compensation offered at the conclusion of the selection process will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, professional experience, level of seniority, and the specific characteristics of the selected profile, in line with the company’s compensation and job classification system, and in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
