YOUR ROLE
As a/an Digital Manufacturing Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will be responsible for advice, analyzing business problems, developing data-driven strategies, guide implementation to improve client performance, managing projects in the Manufacturing area in the Process Improvement (leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, WCM) in the Digital Transformation (MES/MOM/Digital Twin).
In this role, you will be a key player in the following activities:
- Analyze client data, identify issues, and propose solutions to meet strategic goals in Manufacturing area, from Cost Reduction to Lean/Six Sigma process improvement, from MES/Scada to Operations Reporting.
Manage project lifecycles, define scope, oversee deliverables and timelines.
Create actionable plans for Manufacturing improvement, operational excellence or digital transformation. - Drive the execution of new processes, technologies (MES, data analytics, AI), and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, WCM), supporting the organization to embrace the change and fostering adoption.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with C-levels in the Manufacturing field, leading meetings and presenting findings.
- Strong ability to analyze complex data and situations.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants, guiding their work and development.
- Work with all the entities of the Capgemini Group (technological experts, data, designers, etc.) in order to offer the best solutions to customers.
YOUR PROFILE
• You have minimum 6+ years in Industrial sectors in the Manufacturing Excellence and, Digital Transformation field in consulting firms or in operational positions in major automotive or manufacturing or life-science brands.
• You like to be one step ahead.
• You want to join a dynamic and close-knit team that will make you grow on a daily basis.
Notes: Master degree in STEM area, engineering preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, WCM, PMP) are advantageous. Italian and English fluent, another language would be a plus.
