Your Role

We are looking for an experienced professional in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to lead the design, development and integration of advanced solutions based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI.

You will optimize interactions with NLP systems and Large Language Models (LLMs), implement techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and design agent solutions for business processes, collaborating closely with development teams and stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and optimize generative and NLP models for enterprise applications
• Integrate LLMs, LangChain technologies, and GenAI model APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) into business workflows.
• Manage and prepare data using Python and data manipulation tools.
• Implement RAG techniques to improve the quality of responses generated by models.
• Deploy NLP and AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud / VertexAI, AWS Sagemaker / Bedrock)
• Translate business requirements into AI solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Continuously monitor technical developments and industry standards to ensure advanced data analytics applications
• Excellent knowledge of Python, version control with Git, unit testing.

Your Skills and Experience

• Theoretical and practical knowledge of RAG techniques.
• Experience integrating APIs for LLM and GenAI models.
• Familiarity with NLP frameworks and AI agent technologies (LLM, LangChain, NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face).
• Experience with cloud services and deployment of NLP solutions in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in core machine learning algorithms, both traditional and generative.
