What you’ll do?
-
Lead the technical strategy and end-to-end implementation of the Building Management System (BMS).
-
Define and validate the architecture of the solution, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience.
-
Oversee integration of BMS with building systems (HVAC, lighting, security, energy, IoT).
-
Coordinate technical efforts across multiple sites, ensuring standardization and best practices.
-
Manage vendors and ensure quality delivery while driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
What you’ll bring:
-
5–8 years of experience in technical roles such as Technical Lead, Architect, or Senior Engineer.
-
Proven experience implementing BMS, BAS, or integrated infrastructure systems (IoT, SCADA).
-
Strong knowledge of system architecture (on-prem, hybrid, edge) and integration (APIs, middleware).
-
Expertise in BMS protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, or LonWorks, and industrial networking (TCP/IP, IoT).
-
Background in infrastructure, OT cybersecurity, and experience working in complex or multi-site environments.
