This role plays a key part within the United States financial services, focusing on supporting financial results through automation, process improvement, and control. It provides strategic support for decision-making related to administrative expenses by collaborating with internal clients, presenting ideas clearly and concretely, and demonstrating a deep understanding of the business. Additionally, this position involves interaction with other regions and company functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and accurate financial information – Actuals, Forecasts, Business Plans.
- Act as a business partner with the operations departments and other entities & regions to ensure alignment on financial goals, strategies, and deadlines.
- Accounting acumen – Accrual & reclassifications posting and management; account/cost center-level reviews; P&L/Balance Sheet knowledge.
- Financial acumen – Bridges, variation, trends, and analysis generation & presentation; active participation in Budget and Forecast processes.
- Ensure that the company DOA is being followed – Purchase Requisition Approvals.
- Intercompany processes knowledge.
- CAPEX processes knowledge.
- Enforce Internal Control and best practices – Help as a point of reference for other parties on the best courses of action.
- Process Improvement – Analyze the current processes in place and identify how as a team we can improve and become more efficient.

Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Desired master’s degree in finance or accounting.
Languages:
- Advanced English proficiency.
Previous Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant financial experience.
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of SAP (Accruals, reports).
- Automation-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency.
- Ability to challenge the status quo.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Self-driven and autonomous; able to work independently, including remotely.
- In-depth understanding of financial accounting processes and financial statements.
