Job Description
As a Solution Architect, you are responsible for driving end-to-end solution development for complex RFPs, with a focus on end-user services and ServiceNow platforms. This role involves engaging with clients to understand business needs, designing tailored solutions, collaborating across functions, and producing high-impact proposal content. The consultant serves as a strategic advisor, combining technical expertise, industry insight, and innovation to deliver competitive, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solutioning for RFPs across end-user services (Service Desk, EUC, ITSM, Modern Workplace).
- Analyze client requirements and design tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, pricing, and technology teams to ensure solution feasibility and competitiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative practices into solution designs.
- Develop high-quality solution documents and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Own ServiceNow RFP solutioning, including architecture design, effort estimation, and proposal development.
- Design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
- Conduct client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and present solution options.
- Partner across functions to align solutions with business goals and delivery capabilities.
- Create compelling proposal content highlighting technical and business value.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in IT services; 5+ years in solution architecture or pre-sales roles.
- Proven experience leading complex RFP responses and enterprise-scale solutioning.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
- ServiceNow CSA certification required; CIS certifications preferred.
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes, end-user services, and modern workplace technologies.
- Proficiency in solution costing, effort estimation, and proposal development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with collaboration and proposal tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams).
