Your role

Our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team partner with businesses to help them adapt and respond effectively to the challenges of a constantly changing world, this is done by delivering thought leading transformational solutions. We're also a Salesforce global strategic partner, one of the largest Salesforce partners in Australia, a leader in the Gartner magic quadrant for CRM and have received numerous Salesforce Innovation Awards.

As a Software Engineer - Salesforce, you will be an Associate Manager responsible to:

 

  • Provide technical expertise across Salesforce platforms, including core tools, products, and offerings.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Apex development, Lightning components, and complex configuration.
  • Act as a technical consultant, applying implementation experience to support project delivery.
  • Collaborate as part of a high-performing Salesforce team, contributing to shared knowledge and continuous skill development.
  • Analyse, design, develop, and unit test Salesforce solutions in collaboration with the development team.
  • Actively participate in project development workstreams, contributing to timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Apply best practice principles to guide clients toward effective and sustainable solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend more efficient or innovative approaches to achieve client goals.
  • Support peers through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and collaboration to strengthen overall team capability.

Your profile

  • Knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform, particularly across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud and common AppExchange apps 
  • Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses their needs. 
  • Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes and Lightning Web Components, API Web Services and Salesforce declarative programming techniques. 
  • Capability to communicate with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations. 
  • DevOps (Salesforce DX) experience preferred, including use of DevOps tools such as git.
  • Certification(s) in Platform Developer II; Sales; Service; or Community Cloud.
