ServiceNow Solution Designer

Your Role

The Solution Designer will be responsible for creating detailed design specifications for ServiceNow Risk and Compliance solutions. This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring functional accuracy and usability.

 In this role you will play a key role in:

• Work closely with business analysts and architects to understand requirements.
• Design functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow Risk and Compliance modules.
• Configure ServiceNow applications based on approved designs.
• Support testing and validation of implemented solutions.
• Document workflows, data models, and integration points.
• Ensure designs comply with organizational standards and best practices.

Your Profile

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with minimum 4+ years in ServiceNow design/configuration roles.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Risk and Compliance applications (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management).
• Experience in solution design and configuration within ServiceNow.
• Understanding of GRC processes and risk frameworks.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
