Job Description

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you are responsible for leading the design and solutioning of ServiceNow platforms across various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. You drive RFP responses, conduct client workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions. Your expertise ensures that proposals and implementations reflect platform best practices, technical excellence, and strategic value for enterprise clients.

 

  • Leading end-to-end solutioning for ServiceNow-related RFPs, including requirement analysis, architecture design, effort estimation, and proposal development
  • Designing scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications
  • Conducting client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and present solution options
  • Collaborating with sales, delivery, pricing, and product teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with business goals
  • Creating high-impact proposal content that clearly communicates technical and business value
  • Engaging with enterprise clients to understand strategic needs and tailor ServiceNow solutions accordingly
  • Ensuring alignment with ServiceNow platform best practices and integration capabilities
  • Supporting pre-sales activities and contributing to capability development across the organization

Required Skills and Expertise

 

  • Extensive experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
  • Proven success in leading ServiceNow solutioning for complex RFPs
  • Strong consulting background with enterprise client engagement
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration for scalable and cost-effective solutions
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and integration capabilities
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Solid grasp of ITSM/ITIL frameworks and alignment with ServiceNow

Primary Skills:

  • ServiceNow platform expertise across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
  • Solution design and architecture for scalable and secure implementations
  • RFP/RFI response and pre-sales solutioning

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • Certified Application Developer
