ServiceNow Engagement Manager
Your Role
Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional team with diverse technical skill sets to support the successful delivery of the project
- Establish and maintain working relationships with C-level stakeholders and sponsors
- Provide expertise and delivery of ServiceNow based consulting initiatives
- Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business terms
- Participate in business stakeholder workshops and showcases
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise
- Consult with business analyst/ServiceNow architect to develop appropriate implementation plans
- Coach/advise other team members as required
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow release and new capabilities
- Participate in ServiceNow forums and communities
- Maintain ServiceNow certification currency
Your Profile
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years’ technical project management
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on ServiceNow Project experience
- Current ServiceNow Certifications including at least CSA and preferably CIS ITSM
- Tertiary degree qualification in a relevant discipline
- Experience in Agile delivery methodology
- Experience in Waterfall methodology
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in leading large complex projects and teams
- Experience with Project Management tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Microsoft Project, Azure Dev Ops preferred
- Experience in executive reporting
- Knowledge of best practice OOTB ServiceNow ITSM and/or other relevant ServiceNow application configuration
- Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with ServiceNow, IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics and key performance indicators
- Team collaboration and communication skills
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor/lead junior team members
- Awareness/knowledge of relevant technologies (eg: Testing tools, integration tools)
- Thorough knowledge of end to end SDLC
