Service Delivery Manager
Your Role
An exciting opportunity has just come available for an experienced delivery manager with a successful track record of managing complex managed services engagements within a high performing team.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Own end-to-end service delivery for a portfolio of business and operational technology.
- Lead multidisciplinary support teams and vendors to achieve SLA, KPI, availability, and customer satisfaction targets
- Manage major incidents, service risks, and business-critical escalations affecting mining operations.
- Govern ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Availability, and Service Continuity Management.
- Establish operational governance, executive reporting, service reviews, and performance management forums.
- Partner with business stakeholders and OT leaders to align services with production objectives.
- Accountable for portfolio financials, forecasting, resource planning, and contractual performance.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and service optimisation initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, safety, regulatory, and audit requirements for critical operational systems.
- Lead service transitions, capability development, and strategic roadmaps supporting operational excellence and transformation.

Your Profile
- 10+ years' experience in IT service delivery, application support, or managed services environments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale application portfolios within mining, energy, resources, industrial, or operational technology environments.
- Demonstrated leadership of geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary, and vendor-managed support teams.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management.
- Experience managing customer relationships, executive stakeholders, governance forums, and service review processes.
- Proven ability to manage operational budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and contractual obligations.
- Experience driving continuous improvement, service optimisation, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and business continuity requirements for critical systems.
- Industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or equivalent service delivery and project management qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Must hold valid work rights to work in Australia.

Awards
Remuneration for this role will be structured in accordance with applicable Modern Award requirements. Classification level and salary will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. Full statutory entitlements, including the standard Superannuation Guarantee, will apply.
