  • Coach and support delivery teams in Scrum, SAFe, and enterprise agility practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, providing clear communication, managing expectations, and facilitating consensus on complex issues and priorities.
  • Use data, evidence, and critical thinking to identify risks, resolve impediments, support decision-making, and provide guidance on governance, audit, and risk-related matters where required.

About You

  • Proven ability to identify, manage, and mitigate business and delivery risks across complex programmes and projects.

  • Experience managing dependencies, removing delivery impediments, and escalating risks or blockers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ability to work closely with Product Owners, Hub Leads, and delivery teams to support backlog management, prioritisation, solution design discussions, and product demonstrations.
  • Strong capacity planning and stakeholder management skills, balancing demand, team capacity, and delivery priorities while reducing key-person dependencies.
  • Experience contributing to business planning, project reporting, and resource management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive team culture, mentoring others, and supporting capability development.
