SAP Service Cloud Functional Consultant

Your role

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:  

Own the functional design and delivery of the SAP Service Cloud solution for the EDP Replacement programme. Lead the fit-to-standard assessment, shape the Release 1 and Release 2 scope, and direct a small team of functional consultants from Detailed Design through SIT, UAT, deployment and Hypercare.

•    Run design workshops and documentation:
•    Requirements ownership: 
•    Experience around Service request and case design.
•    Experience around Appointment and scheduling flows: 
•    Understanding of integration and data migration from legacy to Service Cloud
•    Quality and system testing.
•    Handover to BAU teams and participating in change documentation

Your profile

Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:   

•    Hands on experience for Service cloud functional
•    Utilities industry knowledge is preferred
•    Experience running fit-to-standard or fit-gap workshops and converting outcomes into WRICEF lists and functional specifications.
•    Working knowledge of integration patterns (SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI, REST/OData, events) and their effect on functional design.
•    Strong stakeholder management and written communication; able to facilitate workshops with business and technical leaders.

Desirable Skills

•    SAP Certified Application associate in service Cloud / Customer Experience solution architecture.
•    Experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC), 
•    Use of feature toggles in enterprise SAP delivery; exposure to AI-assisted delivery tooling under client governance.
•    Australian utilities market knowledge (electricity and gas).

Remuneration for this role is structured in accordance with this award, with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. Full statutory entitlements, including the standard Superannuation Guarantee, apply.
