SAP FI/CO SAC Planning Functional Lead

We need a finance-first SAP FI/CO SAC Planning Functional Lead to own the financial design of our planning implementation. This is not an SAC developer or modeler role: our SAC technical team is already in place.

The successful candidate will be the finance authority on the project. They will run business workshops independently, capture planning requirements, and translate S/4HANA finance structures into a planning design the SAC team can build. They are the bridge between the business and the SAC Planning technical team, and are accountable for the scoping and finalizing all Planning requirements for business and convey the final SAC Planning deliverables to technical team.

You will play a lead role in:

• Lead financial planning workshops with Finance and FP&A teams.
• Own requirements across budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Design P&L, balance sheet and cash flow planning.
• Map S/4HANA FI/CO structures into the planning solution.
• Define allocations, intercompany, eliminations and currency requirements.
• Translate finance requirements for the SAC Planning technical team.
• Lead finance testing and validate the solution against requirements.

Your profile:

• 8+ years’ experience across SAP FI/CO and Finance.
• Strong functional experience with SAC Planning.
• Proven experience leading financial planning design end to end.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance and Controlling.
• Experience across budgeting, forecasting, allocations and intercompany.
• Confident running workshops with senior Finance and FP&A stakeholders.
  Finance/accounting background preferred; SAP BPC experience is a bonus.

• It is not focused on dashboards, stories or technical SAC builds.
• It is not a BW, Datasphere or integration role.
• We need someone who is finance and FI/CO first, with SAC Planning experience.

Remuneration for this role is structured in accordance with this award, with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. Full statutory entitlements, including the standard Superannuation Guarantee.
