Your role

We are looking for a skilled SAP Cloud ALM Architect with experience in SAP Application Lifecycle Management solutions, implementation methodologies, monitoring frameworks, and cloud application operations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Cloud ALM capabilities to enable efficient project delivery, operations monitoring, testing, and change management across SAP landscapes.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Participate in the design, implementation, and adoption of SAP Cloud ALM

initiatives.

  • Configure and support key SAP Cloud ALM capabilities, including:

                                   Implementation Management

                                   Requirements Management

                                   Task & Project Management

                                   Test Management

                                   Change & Deployment Management

                                   Business Process Monitoring

                                   Integration & Health Monitoring

                                   Job & Event Monitoring

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define ALM processes and governance models.
  • Design monitoring and alerting frameworks for SAP cloud and hybrid landscapes.
  • Configure business process monitoring and operation dashboards.
  • Support integration of SAP Cloud ALM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Integration Suite, and other SAP cloud solutions.
  • Analyze system performance, incidents, and operational issues and recommend improvements.
  • Support testing strategy definition, test execution management, and defect tracking activities.
  • Prepare solution documentation, process flows, and operational runbooks.
  • Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Support production operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Your Profile

Required Functional Skills

  • Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) concepts and IT service management processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and project implementation lifecycle.
  • Experience in test management, release management, and change governance.
  • Understanding of SAP business processes and end-to-end business process monitoring.
  • Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management practices.

 

This position is covered by the Professional Employees Award. Remuneration for this role is structured in accordance with this award, with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. Full statutory entitlements, including the standard Superannuation Guarantee, apply.
