We are looking for Pega Lead Security Architect with solid background in Pega Architecture,someone who will provide technical leadership of the development in Pega and along with complete hands-on expertise.

 In this role you will play a key role in:

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the business solution strategy, operating vision, business imperatives, and capabilities, and how they affect technology imperatives
• Defining the specific solution processes and business and functional requirements needed to realize these opportunities
• Working with other architects to explore and define how the proposed capabilities will fit into the overall solution architecture
• Reviewing deliverables within the scope of the initiatives to meet the business imperatives
• Managing the integration requirements across different systems
• Working closely with the business architect to verify that the outcomes and detailed requirements are aligned to the different benefits realization phase
• Developing the agenda of the workshops and working sessions
• Guiding the team through the implementation from design to deployment of a solution

Your Profile

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of the product, providing strong technical leadership across Pega development with deep hands‑on expertise.
• Lead and guide the team across all aspects of Pega implementation, including data modelling, security, reporting, performance, case life cycle, case hierarchy, UX/UI, error handling, and infrastructure.
• Act as a technical mentor, driving best practices and elevating development standards across the team.Lead quality reviews and testing improvements, proactively preventing defects from reaching QA and reducing overall defect rates.
• Ensure stable and high‑quality production releases by anticipating the impact of fixes and enhancements on existing application functionality.
• Take technical ownership for the design and development of new workflows and solutions from the ground up.Provide technical thought leadership in Pega design, recommending alternative approaches aligned with Pega best practices and architectural standards.
• Review, validate, and challenge user stories, providing accurate technical inputs and effort estimations.Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, maintaining high guardrail compliance scores.
