We're seeking an Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Quality Consultant to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in helping clients transform their manufacturing and supply chain operations through the design and delivery of innovative Oracle EBS solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
What You'll Do
As an Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Quality Consultant, you will work closely with clients to design, implement and optimise Oracle solutions that support manufacturing operations, quality management and supply chain processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Configuring and supporting Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Quality modules to enable efficient production planning, execution, quality control and compliance processes.
- Advising clients on process improvements and operational efficiencies achievable through Oracle E-Business Suite solutions.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and develop effective solution designs.
- Leading workshops, demonstrations and design sessions to support solution delivery and client decision-making.
- Developing functional and technical specifications aligned to business requirements.
- Supporting system configuration, testing, documentation, training, deployment and go-live activities.
- Performing impact analysis, troubleshooting issues and supporting defect resolution throughout project delivery.
- Working across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, hypercare and transition to support.
- Supporting Oracle EBS integrations with other applications and third-party solutions.
- Producing clear and maintainable documentation, including design specifications, test scripts and deployment plans.
- Collaborating with offshore delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Contributing to pre-sales activities, including solution design, demonstrations, estimates and implementation planning.
What You'll Bring
- Experience implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality solutions.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing, Quality, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management and related Supply Chain modules.
- Experience delivering Oracle EBS projects across multiple phases of the implementation lifecycle.
- Understanding of Oracle module integrations, particularly across Finance, Procurement, Inventory and Manufacturing.
- Experience with data migration, reporting, testing and solution documentation.
- Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage with both business and technical audiences.
- Experience working with offshore teams and distributed project environments.
