Your Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Officer Manager to establish and maintain PMO functions while actively managing multiple concurrent projects. This role combines hands-on project coordination with PMO framework development, requiring proficiency in both traditional and agile methodologies to support the delivery of organizational initiatives.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Coordinate and manage multiple medium-scale projects from initiation through closure
- Develop project plans, schedules, and track progress against milestones and deliverables
- Support senior project managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and maintain project documentation
- Assist in establishing and refining PMO processes, templates, and best practices
- Maintain project management documentation, methodologies, and standards
- Support portfolio reporting, resource tracking, and project prioritisation activities
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project managers and stakeholders
- Support change management activities and gather stakeholder feedback
Your Profile
- 3–5 years experience in project coordination or project management
- Proven contribution to successful project delivery in cross‑functional, dynamic environments
- Experience with technology projects, software development, or IT implementations
- Understanding of change management, risk management, and issue resolution
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with MS Project or similar PM tools
- Experience with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and collaboration tools like Teams, Slack, or Confluence
- CAPM or progress toward PMP preferred; Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM/PSM) desirable
- Solid understanding of PMI standards and agile principles
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams
