Junior Test Manager

Your Role

As a Junior Test Manager within our testing team, you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements.

  
You will play a key role in

• Manage large-scale projects with extensive experience and expertise.
• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for complex projects and portfolios.
• Manage all phases of testing: Unit, Integration, SIT, E2E, UAT, and Regression.
• Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Manage automation and performance testing initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with SDLC processes and project governance standards.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Support and guide test teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Implement Knowledge Transfer (KT) strategies and mentor team members.
• Portfolio & Budget Management: Manage testing across multiple projects within a portfolio.
• Understand and contribute to project budgeting and cost optimization.
• Integration & E2E Testing: Drive complex integration and end-to-end testing activities across systems and platforms

Your Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Test Management roles.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end software testing and SDLC processes.
• Expertise in Automation and Performance Testing management.
• Strong understanding of Integration, SIT, and E2E testing.
• Experience in portfolio-level test management and budgeting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead teams effectively.
• Domain knowledge in superannuation or financial institutions.
• Positive attitude with a focus on team support and collaboration.
• Preferred Qualifications
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with modern test tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments.
