Your Role

 

 

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Data Scientists to join our consulting team and lead data-driven transformation initiatives across complex product landscapes, helping our clients unlock insights, modernize analytics platforms, and define future-ready data strategies.

 

As a Data Scientist specializing in Scientific Software Development, AI & ML, you will be at the forefront of developing intelligent systems and scientific applications that drive innovation across industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy machine learning models and scientific software solutions that solve complex real-world problems.

 

You will play a key role in:

 

  • AI & ML Model Development: Designing, training, and validating machine learning models for scientific and industrial applications.
  • Scientific Software Engineering: Developing robust, scalable software tools and platforms for data analysis, simulation, and modeling.
  • Data Analysis & Feature Engineering: Extracting insights from structured and unstructured data using statistical and computational techniques.
  • Research & Innovation: Collaborating with domain experts to explore novel approaches and contribute to cutting-edge research.
  • Deployment & Optimization: Implementing models in production environments and optimizing performance for scalability and efficiency.
  • Documentation & Standards: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, ensuring reproducibility and compliance with best practices.
  • Collaboration: Working with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to align solutions with business and scientific goals.
  • Ethical AI Practices: Ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems.
  • Proposal Support: Contributing to the development of proposals to win new business and expand project opportunities.
  • People and Capability Development: Supporting the growth of team skills and technical capabilities through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile

 

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages.
    • Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
    • Familiarity with scientific computing libraries (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, Pandas).
  • Edge compute and Edge / Embedded AI - technical knowledge
  • Software Development: Strong coding skills and experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering principles.
  • Mathematical & Statistical Knowledge: Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization.
  • Cloud & Data Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.
