Job Description

  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows), hardware troubleshooting, networking concepts, and basic Intune skills
  • Providing End User device technical support and a customer-oriented service experience.
  • Manning the technical hub for walk-up requests
  • Troubleshooting desktops laptops and tablets running a Windows OS (10 and 11).
  • Working within Azure AD and Intune(MDM)
  • Working with and troubleshooting common enterprise applications (MS Office 365, Adobe, etc..)
  • Troubleshooting AV devices in meeting rooms
  • Ability to work with composure and professionalism when dealing with multiple demands
  • Minimum 2 years experience with troubleshooting end user issues in a corporate environment
  • ITIL v3 Intune or relevant technical qualifications highly regarded

Your Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated IT knowledge and minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT support position,.
  • Working knowledge of Windows based systems, Intune with experience in the maintenance and support of HP laptops.
  • At least 2 years IT support experience using and supporting the Microsoft 365 Suite, Active Directory, Windows devices and printers.
  • Excellent understanding of computing hardware and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly and methodically troubleshoot IT issues.
  • Excellent understanding of the ITIL framework.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
