Change Senior Consultant

Your Role

• Elicit and analyze business requirements, develop innovative designs and implement M365 and Copilot solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and propose innovative AI and automation strategies.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies such as Azure AI, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
• Integrate AI models with existing Microsoft cloud infrastructure to enhance productivity, automate processes, and improve user experience.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders, especially in the context of large-scale Microsoft implementations.

Your Profile

• Experience delivering innovative AI solutions with Copilot Studio, Power Platform and AI Foundry
• Experience automating business processes using the Power Platform
• Proven ability to elicit requirements for complex business scenarios, produce well thought through designs and development of secure and innovative solutions
• Experience in running engaging workshops and presenting to all levels of an organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and AI Builder.
• Certifications in Copilot Studi & Azure AI Foundry
