Business Transformation Consultant

Your Role

As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will support the delivery of ERP‑enabled transformation programs. Working alongside senior transformation leaders, you will contribute to discovery and design activities, help shape future‑state processes, and support clients through critical phases of change and implementation readiness. 

This role is ideal for a consultant with 3-5 years of experience who is passionate about business transformation, eager to deepen their ERP expertise, and motivated to work closely with clients on complex, high‑impact programs. 

In this role you will play a key role in: 

Business & Process Transformation 

  • Support ERP‑enabled business transformation initiatives across functions such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales
  • Contribute to current‑state assessments, future‑state process design, and operating model recommendations
  • Experience with process mapping tools and modelling “as-is” and “to-be” processes in tools such as Signavio or Celonis
  • Identifying and advising clients on AI opportunities as it relates to their Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Sales processes
  • Assist with process standardisation, requirements definition, and value mapping activities 

Transformation Delivery Support 

  • Support Phase 0 discovery, blueprinting, and business readiness activities
  • Contribute to program governance artefacts including plans, risk and issue logs, and status reporting
  • Support benefits tracking, dependency management, and delivery alignment with business objectives 

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Support 

  • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders at operational and mid‑management levels
  • Support and help facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions
  • Provide structured insights and recommendations to support decision‑making 

ERP Capability Development 

  • Develop working knowledge of ERP Platforms (SAP, Oracle & Dynamics) and related platforms
  • Support solution alignment to the ERP platforms best practices, industry standards, and deployment approaches
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and change teams to ensure integrated solutions 

Team Collaboration & Growth 

  • Work as part of multi‑disciplinary delivery teams, contributing to high‑quality outcomes
  • Take ownership of defined workstreams or deliverables under senior leadership guidance
  • Actively contribute to Capgemini Invent knowledge assets, methodologies, and communities 

Your Profile

  • 3–5 years’ experience in consulting or enterprise environments, supporting ERP or business transformation programs
  • Exposure to ERP programs (SAP, Oracle & Dynamics) across one or more functional areas 
  • Solid understanding of business processes within Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Sales 
  • Experience supporting workshops, requirements gathering, process modelling, or business analysis activities 
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills 
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in diverse, fast‑paced teams 
  • Curiosity and motivation to grow into broader transformation and leadership roles
