Your Role

We are seeking an organized and analytical Project Management Office Analyst to support our project portfolio and PMO operations. This role provides essential project coordination, data analysis, and administrative support to ensure effective project delivery and PMO function. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a desire to grow in the project management field. 

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Assist project managers with project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities
  • Maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports
  • Collect, compile, and analyze project data for portfolio reporting and dashboards
  • Prepare regular status reports, executive summaries, and project performance metrics
  • Administer and maintain project management software platforms (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.)
  • Configure workflows, fields, and reports within project management tools
  • Respond to project-related inquiries and coordinate information requests

Your Experience

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or administrative support roles
  • Previous exposure to project management concepts and methodologies
  • Experience working in a team environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with project management or collaboration tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Comfortable learning new software applications and digital tools
  • Basic understanding of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data and identify insights
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and follow-through
