ADM Practice Head
Your role:
The Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) Practice Head is accountable for end‑to‑end leadership, growth, and operational excellence of the ADM practice. The role combines portfolio ownership, financial accountability, people leadership, and industrialisation, ensuring ADM delivery meets Capgemini’s quality, margin, and growth ambitions across Australia & New Zealand.
Responsibilities:
- Own ADM strategy, P&L, revenue, CM and growth targets across assigned portfolio
- Drive delivery excellence across managed services engagements
- Shape and grow ADM offerings, including modernization, cloud‑native, DevOps and AI‑enabled delivery
- Lead industrialisation, automation and AI adoption to improve productivity and margins
- Govern delivery through monthly delivery, quality & risk forums
- Partner with Sales, Delivery Executives and Architecture to shape deals and support pursuits
- Collaborate with global practices to leverage assets, best practices, and offshore capabilities
- Foster strong internal relationships with GADM teams, ANZ service lines and market units to ensure robust client delivery and client satisfaction
- Act as a thought leader for ADM in Australia & New Zealand, strengthening external market presence including through ownership of analysts relationship
- Identify and embed innovative capabilities to grow a scalable, future‑ready ADM capability aligned to market and client demand
- Accountable for maintaining an optimised delivery pyramid aligned to current and future demand through effective practice management and workforce planning
- Drive a high‑performing, engaged workforce through strong people leadership, capability development, and effective talent management
- Develop senior talent pipeline
Your profile:
- 15+ years in ADM / large‑scale IT services delivery
- Security clearance for Australia
- Proven practice‑level leadership and P&L ownership
- Strong executive client credibility (CxO across both business and technology stakeholders)
- Experience leading large multi‑shore delivery organisations
- Deep understanding of ADM lifecycle, managed services, and transition models including DevOps, industrialization, automation and AI
- High degree of leadership credibility, resilience, and decision-making capability, particularly in complex or ambiguous environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align senior internal stakeholders across delivery, practice, and account leadership
