Your Role

As Talent Acquisition Specialist with Capgemini, you will play a meaningful role in delivering full life-cycle recruiting for the Manila Global Delivery Center and will work with the offshore and onshore hiring managers and stakeholders as well as vendors to fill significant positions.

 

In this role, you will play a key role in:

  • Receiving hiring requirements from Hiring Managers and Stakeholders.
  • Calibrating with Hiring Managers regarding the head count needed per position as well as the requirements needed.
  • Creating Demand Request, Job Requisition and Job Posting using internal Capgemini systems.
  • Souring candidates through online portals, employee referrals, internal job posting,  vendor / supplier and Capgemini systems.
  • Monitoring and tracking the status of candidate’s application.
  • Conducting Recruitment interview/ phone interview across all assigned positions.
  • Evaluating the profile of candidates after the Recruitment interview.
  • Endorsing Recruitment shortlisted candidate for technical and fit interviews with hiring managers.
  • Inviting Recruitment short listed candidate for interview (telephonic, personal, videoconference).
  • Confirming final recommendation of hiring managers after final interview.
  • Preparing job offer approval documents, seek approval and conduct job offers.
  • Maintaining hiring salary directive.
  • Maintaining and update reports needed for Recruitment metrics.

Your Profile

  • Relevant work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with social media, online job portals, vendor management, and professional networking.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of technology roles.
