Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Microsoft 365 services to meet the organization's specific needs, including modifying SharePoint Online sites, Groups, OneDrive, Teams channels, and security settings.

Configure and manage Azure Active Directory application registrations (admin consent), conditional access policies, and single-sign-on integrations with third party applications.

Perform tenant level administration, policy configuration, and top-level support for integration with Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services
-
Administer and manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions within Active Directory, AADC and Microsoft 365 admin center. This includes creating and managing user groups, group policy, and managing security features.

Perform administration of Active Directory Domain Services and its components, including configuration and support of domain controllers.

Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues and incidents and provide root cause analysis and resolution.

Develop and create PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting and system administration tasks.

Perform migrations of data utilizing tools such as Sharegate, Microsoft Migration Tool. Etc
-
Coordinate with vendors and external teams to resolve operational issues.
Required Qualifications:
-
5+ years relevant experience with demonstrated ability or working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 platform and services.

5+ years relevant experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019 servers

5+ years creating and developing PowerShell or various scripting languages to automate and implement solutions at an advanced level.

5+ years using Microsoft Azure services, such as Azure Active Directory.

3+ years creating documentation of technical procedures, runbooks, monitoring, and data migration plans.
-
3+ years integration and interoperability of Microsoft 365 solutions with other cloud and on-premises systems and applications.

Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent certifications (preferred)

Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call after hour rotation environment.

Must be amenable to work on a hybrid work arrangement in Pasay.
