Situations Manager/Incident Manager

Job Requirements

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Situation Manager with at least 2 years of experience managing network incidents. The ideal candidate will have a certification related to network technologies (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, JNCIA, JNCIE) and strong communication skills to efficiently handle incidents, coordinate between teams, and ensure timely resolution. ITIL certification is highly preferred.

Main criteria/requirements:

1. Must have active or previous certification related to Network technologies (ex: CCNA, CCNP,CCDP,JNCIA,JNCIE etc.). 
2. The candidate must have good communication skills.
3. Has at least 2 yrs of work experience as incident manager/coordinator. Someone with more than 2 yrs of work experience handling Network Operations is preferred.
4. A candidate with ITIL certification is ideal.
5. Must be amenable to work on hybrid set-up in our Pasay Office.
