ServiceNow Developer (6ZTD2I)
Job Description:
- Design, develop new and enhance existing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform system and integration testing within the ServiceNow Platform.
- Perform incident response, change management and service request and enhancements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other programs and applications.
- Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules and workflows and integration to other/related systems.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years’ relevant professional experience in software development, solution architecture or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years' relevant professional experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong technical background with experience in software development, architecture and design.
- Ability to develop catalog items. workflows, custom web services, notifications, scoped applications, UI and data policies on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and relationship, system architecture, design, configuration and delivery.
- Experience in designing, developing, implementing business applications in ITL, CMDB, Service Request, Change Management, Incident Management Asset Management, Problem Management and Service Portal.
- Administration skills for managing ServiceNow instances including ACLs, catalog items and UI customizations.
- Create and manage update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow environments.
- Overarching understanding of ServiceNow product suite.
- Experience in CMDB, ITOM Discovery and ITAM is a plus.
- ServiceNow Developer Certification is a must.
