Category Execution/Promotion Team Lead

Key Responsibilities  

1. Supports BU in implementing a specific promotion / launch or activation.    

2. Executes system related processes vital to successfully landing BU activities such as IO raising, PO raising, MDM maintenance, and other CD system maintenance required to mount an activity.   

3. Engages with stakeholders (i.e. Finance, CSP, Channels, etc) as needed to ensure smooth and on time implementation of requirements. 

Qualifications:

• at least 3 eyars of experience as Team Lead
• at least 6 years of experience in Execution/Promo role
• Graduate of Business course, preferably with experience in FMCG 
• Can speak the local language, and has good communication skills 
• Bias for action / results oriented 
• Passion for excellence in performance  
• Can work within tight deadlines 
• Above Average Excel Skills 
• Good analytical skills
