Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst
• Experienced in Salesforce Core Cloud configurations and capabilities
• Proficient application of Salesforce related best practices during requirement gathering
• Experience in creation of project templates and demo in preparation of workshops and In-depth skill in conducting requirement workshop, blueprinting process
• Professional skill in writing Functional Specifications including concise illustration of workflow, data structures, essential drawings of diagram
• Experience in crafting details training plan and itinerary, preparing project training material and conducting user training
• Knowledge in Agile methodology and experience in Agile story telling
• Familiar use with project tools e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Strong knowledge and experience in office tools, eg. Excel & Powerpoint
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
